It's finally SPRING!

We have had some much warmer temps the last few days. It's wierd to walk outside and not need a coat or jacket. I went to Ben Franklin in Moline today after work and was amazed at all the water that is still flooding our area. Anybody working on any neat Mother's Day Projects? I am making a scrapbook for my mom to put pictures of the kids in when I send them to her (Thanks to Twyla for that idea) Riley has helped do one page. I'm not sure I'm going to let Cheyenne help. Maybe???, no markers just stickers. So gas is expensive $46.00 to fill up our little Suzuki. I think we paid $ 3.42 /gal. Everything is expensive anymore. I have to cripe the price of bananas is absolutely crazy. We were appolled (sp?) at $0.45, then $0.54, now I see $0.64 and $0.69 per pound. Also I saw cucumbers for $0.88 each not for two but each. Tomorrow Dave, Riley and Cheyenne are going on a Boy Scouts field trip to some military spot while I go to a "ICD Support Group", it's community support group for people with implantable defibrillators. I am to go to be the medical support, to help answer questions and to be an encouragement. Wednesday night we have the AWANA Banquet. Saturday I am having a Stamp'in Up Party so we will be plenty busy this week.
